Often times we feel overwhelmed preparing for birth. One likely contributing factor is that many of us have not viewed accurate depictions of birth. Birth in mainstream media is often inaccurate, fearful, or even "disgusting". Global Birth Media has done a wonderful job of showing what normal physiologic birth looks like. Please note that these videos are raw and up close, but very accurate. While the hospital looks different in the video than the hospital you may be birthing in, the images of care and birth are universal. Take note of your feelings while watching these.
